Nikiski Fire Chief elected president of AFCA

Nikiski Fire Department Chief Billy W. Harris was elected president of the Alaska Fire Chiefs Association on Sept. 29. This state-wide organization promotes fire safety and fire prevention issues for the citizens of Alaska. The Alaska Fire Chiefs Association, along with the Alaska Firefighters Association, will host the annual AFC/AFCA 2003 fall conference in Kenai.
