Patricia A. Santo Bowman
Kenai resident Patricia A. Santo Bowman died Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, at her home. She was 53.
A memorial Mass will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 14, at Peninsula Memorial Chapel, 5839 Kenai Spur Highway, in Kenai. Father Richard Tero will officiate.
Mrs. Bowman was born April 27, 1952, to Jack and Lucretia Santo in Cleveland, Ohio. She was raised as a Catholic and attended and graduated from Shaker Heights Catholic High School in 1970.
She lived in San Francisco and Phoenix before moving to the Kenai and Soldotna area April 19, 1986. She enjoyed arts, crafts, cooking, reading and camping.
"When she was younger, she was a great ice skater through high school and had aspired to become a professional ice skater," her family said.
Mrs. Bowman was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Bowman; and her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Jaclyn M. Hall of Kenai; sister, Kathy Gallucci of Ohio; brothers, Jack Santo of Ohio and Tom Santo of Mentor, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins throughout the state of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Bowman's memory for Jaclyn's higher education to Jaclyn Hall, 1303 Kiana Lane, Kenai, AK 99611.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
