Today: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, Jell-O salad, dessert

Wednesday: Knockwurst with apples and sauerkraut, beef roulades, German potato salad, birthday cake

Thursday: Sirloin tips on egg noodles, acorn squash, lime Jell-O, dessert

Friday: Make your own sandwich

Monday: Chicken-fried steak, country gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, orange-pineapple Jell-O, dessert


Salad bar opens at noon; lunch is served at noon. Lunch includes salad bar, bread, rolls, muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water

Today: French dip sandwich, french fries, coleslaw

Wednesday: Baked chicken, stuffing, gravy, mixed vegetables

Thursday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn

Monday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexicali corn


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Pork chop, mashed potatoes, steamed beets, lemon bar

Wednesday: Cheese and beef enchiladas, refried beans, Mexicali corn, mandarin orange Jell-O

Thursday: Breakfast brunch of steak, hash browns, egg casserole, fruit cup

Friday: Closed for Alaska Day

Monday: Breaded fillet of cod, potato wedges, cauliflower, peach crisp


All lunch meals include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast buffet with ham and cheese scrambled eggs and pancakes from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Pork chops, mushrooms, vegetables, chicken noodle soup

Thursday: Chicken-fried moose steak, oven-roasted potatoes, soup

Friday: Perch, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, soup

Monday: Oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, navy bean soup


Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, bread

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, cauliflower, rolls

Thursday: Taco bar

Friday: Stuffed bell peppers, beef vegetable soup, sourdough bread

Saturday: Sirloin tip roast, oven-roasted potatoes

Sunday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes and gravy, dressing, corn, broccoli, cranberry sauce

Monday: Barbecued pork ribs, baked beans, corn bread
