The magazine fund-raiser will continue until Thursday. Orders can be placed at the office.

The next Fortnightly will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Picture retakes will be Oct. 29.

Parent-teacher conferences will be from noon to 3 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 30 and from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 31.

The Spartan cross country running program had a great season and many successes. Borough winners for the boys were: Brandon Bixby, ninth place; Jordan Merkes, seventh place; Shawn Hutto, second place; and Ryan Wherli, boys borough champion. For the girls team MacKenzie McAchran took fourth place and Mara Mohler was the 2003 undefeated borough champion. The staff and coaches would like to thank the parents for their support.

Many students participated in the magazine bingo party last Friday. The winners were Jasmine Clyburn, Trevor Matthew, Alena Robson and Ashley Halverson.

The After the Bell program has qualified tutors available to help students. The program is open from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday for students needing help or a place to get homework completed. The fee is $15 per month.
