I expect the courts to deal rationally with the issue of term limits. I would like to suggest the only rational measure as a course of action for the peninsula. In following the will of the people concerning the "term limit" issue, we now have to deal with the re-elected incumbents who are over the term limit. I suggest that we simply follow the "greater will" of the people.
Since the votes were concurrent, the greater will should prevail. Those incumbents who received more votes than the term limit issue should be retained this time and those who did not should be replaced. This would reflect the greater will of the people on that day.
