Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, on Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and on Friday is a surprise.

Today: Beef short ribs with horseradish sauce, baked potatoes

Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore with rice, assorted vegetables, French bread

Thursday: Roast beef, garlic roasted mashed potatoes and gravy, mushrooms and green beans

Friday: Stuffed bell peppers, carrots, sourdough bread

Saturday: Roast leg of lamb, rice pilaf, spinach, rolls

Sunday: Cornish game hen, baked potatoes, herb dressing

Monday: Pork roast, au gratin potatoes, green beans, rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Quiche Lorraine, raspberry Jell-O, green salad, strawberry shortcake

Wednesday: Knockwurst with apples and sauerkraut, beef roulades, German potato salad, birthday cake

Thursday: Build your own sandwich

Friday: Barbecue beef sandwich, macaroni salad, peas, cherry cobbler

Monday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, pears


Lunch includes salad bar, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and water

Today: Spaghetti, garlic bread, green beans, rice pudding

Wednesday: Oven-fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, corn, rolls, pineapple upside-down cake

Thursday: Meatloaf, potatoes, mixed vegetables, peach squares

Friday: Fish and chips, chowder, coleslaw, sundaes

Monday: Taco bar, rice, refried beans, banana splits


Today: Meatloaf, baked beans, green beans, peaches, rolls

Wednesday: Pork and sauerkraut, apples, potatoes, carrots, French bread

Thursday: Turkey wild rice bake, mixed vegetables, cranberries, rolls

Friday: Deviled fish cakes, oven potatoes, tomato and onions, garlic toast

Monday: Honey-baked chicken, rice medley, peas, pears, rolls


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Lemon-baked fish, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, roll, peaches

Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, green beans, brownie

Thursday: Pasta and meatballs, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, Jell-O cubes

Friday: Chicken pot pie, tossed salad, bread, fruit salad

Monday: Mongolian beef, rice, broccoli, bread, coconut cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Taco salad bar, refried beans, Spanish rice, Pico de Gallo, assorted pies

Wednesday: Breakfast brunch: French toast, bacon strip, egg casserole, fruit cup

Thursday: Closed for Alaska Day

Friday: Battered halibut, Jo Jo potatoes, peas and onions, chocolate pudding

Monday: Barbecue chicken, calico beans, succotash, baked custard


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Chicken ala king over biscuits

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots

Friday: Breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon

Monday: Chicken enchiladas, tacos, refried beans, rice
