October is breast cancer awareness month. The Peninsula Clarion is encouraging everyone to "Think Pink" for October. In the spirit of this, we are looking for your favorite "pink" recipes.
Whether it is a great Red Velvet cake, a rub for that light pink rare prime rib, an innovative way to prepare pink salmon, or homemade strawberry ice cream.
Send recipes to email@example.com, fax them to 283-3299 or drop them by the office at 150 Trading Bay Drive in Kenai. Name, address, contact number and brief description of how you came up with or came by the recipe is needed.
