ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Anchorage Wednesday morning, police said.
Remy Tacang, 27, was struck by a vehicle in the city's midtown area. His body was found at 8:18 a.m. lying in a westbound lane of Fireweed Lane, police said.
Tacang suffered massive head injuries, apparently from being struck by a vehicle.
Police are hoping that anyone with information will call them. Callers may remain anonymous.
