Anchorage resident Lyn Mari Eichholz died Friday, Oct. 6, 2000, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. She was 49.
A private memorial service was held.
Ms. Eichholz was born Dec. 4, 1950, in Grand Junction, Colo. She was a make-up artist, pharmacy technician and real estate agent. She moved to Anchorage in July, 1996. She enjoyed reading science fiction, acrylic painting and her beloved children and grandchildren.
The family wrote, "In 1996, she moved to Alaska to be close to her daughters. Complications from diabetes restricted her life, but gave her the opportunity to touch the hearts of others that helped her. She lives with no more physical restrictions and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her."
Ms. Eichholz is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Erika and Virgil Mosiman and Carisa and Phil Rodriguez, all of Kenai; father, John Daniher, of Idaho Falls, Idaho; sisters Suzanne Aldrich, of Wasilla, and Patricia Stoltemberg, of Ririe, Idaho; brothers Michael Daniher, of Vandosta, Ga., and Jerome Daniher, of Denver, Colo.; grandchildren Morgan Mosiman, Cheyenne Rodriguez, Cody Anderson, Nick Rodriguez, Silas Rodriguez and Thadd Rodriguez.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
