The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce is seeking entries for its annual Soldotna Recreation and Visitors Guide.

Manufacturer award available

Bill Webb, program manager of the Made in Alaska program, is seeking nominations for the 2005 Made in Alaska Manufacturer of the Year award. Active Made in Alaska permit holder is eligible to receive the award.

Permit holders are asked to consider the following criteria when submitting a nomination: time in business, innovations, job creation, originality and Alaska spirit and the "can-do factor."

Dave Feeken, broker and owner of RE/MAX of the Peninsula in Kenai, was the recipient of the 2005 Realtor of the Year awarded by the Alaska Association of Realtors.
