Soldotna resident Tressa Darlene Mansfield died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2002, at Central Peninsula General Hospital. She was 57.
At the family's request, no services will be held.
Mrs. Mansfield was born Jan. 10, 1945, in Crescent City, Calif. She received her education and graduated from Del Norte High School in Crescent City. She moved to Alaska in 1969, residing on the Kenai Peninsula, living mostly in Soldotna.
She worked at Video Place and Alpine Laundry and the One-Hour Martinizing.
Mrs. Mansfield enjoyed astrology, wood finishing and leather tooling.
"Tressa was a fine lady and tried to help as many people as she could. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother," her family said.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tamara Cooper.
Mrs. Mansfield is survived by her husband, Robert "Deacon" Mansfield; son, Charles Mansfield; daughter, Victoria Mansfield; and grandchildren, Chelsee and Seth Mansfield, Sherika and T.C. Hatten and Jason Raymond.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
