Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, peas and onions, rolls

Wednesday: Macaroni and cheese, fish and chips, California blend vegetables

Thursday: Roast baron of beef, squash, au gratin potatoes, asparagus, rolls

Friday: Teriyaki wings, egg foo yong, rice

Saturday: Kielbasa, cabbage, red potatoes, rye bread

Sunday: Roast leg of lamb, rice pilaf, sauteed zucchini and tomatoes

Monday: Carved ham, winter squash, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls


Today: Chicken casserole, peas, apple salad, dessert

Wednesday: Scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit cup

Thursday: Quiche Lorraine, spinach salad, raspberry Jell-O, dessert

Friday: Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cranberries, dessert

Monday: Chili dogs, tater tots, fruit salad, carrots, dessert


Salad bar opens at noon; lunch is served at noon. Lunch includes salad bar, bread, rolls, muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water

Today: Bean soup, coleslaw, sandwiches

Wednesday: Shake-and-bake chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn

Thursday: Hungarian goulash, garlic bread, vegetables

Friday: Chef's choice

Monday: Fish, french fries, coleslaw


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Beef stew with potatoes, carrots and onions, buttermilk biscuits, melon slice

Wednesday: Cheese ravioli in marinara sauce, Italian sausage, romano beans, spumoni ice cream

Thursday: Salad bar, turkey vegetable soup, assorted pies

Friday: Chicken in mushroom sauce, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, vanilla pudding

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, mixed fruit cup


All lunch meals include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast buffet with egg and sausage strata from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Reuben sandwich, potato salad, soup

Thursday: Polynesian pork, Thai noodles, vegetables, wonton soup

Friday: Chef's surprise

Monday: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, 13-bean soup
