All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pineapple salad, corn bread, apple crisp

Wednesday: Honey chicken, rice pilaf, green beans, rhubarb pie

Thursday: Sirloin tips on egg noodles, acorn squash, vanilla pudding

Friday: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, cream of tomato soup, spinach salad, ice cream

Monday: Corn chowder, seafood pasta, salad with vegetables, muffin, fresh fruit


Lunch includes salad bar, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and water

Today: Hungarian goulash, garlic bread, coconut delight

Wednesday: Chicken strips, french fries, potato salad, raspberry cake

Thursday: Potluck, chicken-fried steak

Friday: Chicken sandwiches, potato soup, mixed vegetables, peach cobbler

Monday: Hamburgers, potato wedges, three-bean casserole, strawberry shortcake


Today: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat bread, oranges

Wednesday: Liver and onions, bacon potatoes, spinach, rolls, potatoes

Thursday: Ham and broccoli bake, pasta, tomatoes, rolls, peaches

Friday: Fish and chips, coleslaw, corn on the cob, Texas toast, fruit salad

Monday: Barbecued beef on a bun, ranch beans, potato salad, garlic bread, apples


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Pork chops, baked potatoes, spinach, bread, tropical fruit

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, corn, green beans, bread, chocolate pudding

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, roll, fruit Jell-O

Friday: Corned beef, boiled potatoes, cabbage and carrots, bread, peaches

Monday: Baked fish, rice pilaf, green beans, bread, chocolate cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Round steak, parsley potatoes, mixed vegetables, cup cake

Wednesday: Pork chop with dressing, broccoli, rhubarb bar

Thursday: Lasagna, zucchini squash, garlic bread, whipped Jell-O with fruit

Friday: New England corned beef and vegetables boiled dinner, corn bread, tapioca pudding

Monday: Alaska clam chowder, egg salad sandwich, fruit cup


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Deep fried halibut, creamed potatoes, peas

Thursday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole

Friday: Breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. or lunch of pepper steak over rice

Monday: Moose pot pie


Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, on Tues-day and Thursday is frozen yogurt and on Friday is a surprise.

Today: Danish meatballs, egg noodles, spinach, sourdough bread

Wednesday: Chili burgers, french fries, buns

Thursday: Barbecued spareribs, oven-baked beans, corn on the cob, sourdough bread

Friday: Egg foo yong, sesame teriyaki chicken with rice, Oriental vegetables

Saturday: Beef pot roast, potatoes, vegetables, rolls

Sunday: Baked ham, yams, creamed brussels sprouts

Monday: Roast beef, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce
