ANCHORAGE (AP) -- Searchers headed out again Friday morning to look for two Napaskiak children feared drowned in the Kuskokwim River.

The search continued Thursday as volunteers from Napaskiak and other villages helped drag the river.

Katya Evan, 4, and her brother Jaden Evan, 3, disappeared Sunday afternoon. An exhaustive ground and air search failed to find the children.

On Tuesday search dogs found a scent near an open gap in the mostly frozen river. Searchers dragged the section of river right below the open area Thursday.
