The U.S. Small Business Administration has opened offices in Soldotna and Homer to help individuals and businesses affected by the Cook Inlet salmon disaster to complete loan applications.

July 24 is the deadline to apply.

The Soldotna office is located in the Kenai Peninsula Borough Community and Economic Development District at the Red Diamond Center on Kalifornsky Beach Road. SBA officials will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Nov. 8.

The Homer office is located in the Homer Annex at 206 East Pioneer Ave. SBA officials will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays through Nov. 10.

After the offices close, injured businesses can obtain information and loan applications from the Small Business Administration at P.O. Box 13795, Sacramento, Calif., 95853-4795, or at (800) 488-5323.
