Work made haven even better

Posted: Thursday, October 26, 2006

The mission of South Peninsula Haven House is “to support and empower people impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.” We rely on our generous community to help us help others.

As a United Way agency, we are fortunate to belong to a network of caring individuals and organizations. We thank Charlie Franz and the staff of South Peninsula Hospital for the work they did on our grounds for the United Way “Day of Caring” recently. The hospital staff have helped us many other times in many ways. We deeply appreciate the support and hard work.

We would also like to thank the staff of the United Way for organizing the “Day of Caring” and for all of the important work they do in our community.

Peg Coleman,

Executive director

South Peninsula Haven House
