Photo feature: Reflecting on the high tide

Hal Hall uses binoculars to scan the Kenai River flats at high tide shortly after sunset Monday from a pullout on Bridge Access Road. The tidal range at the mouth of the river Monday was 29.5 feet, one of the largest variations for the year.
