But above all slow down. It’s slick out there.
This year’s onset of tricky driving conditions coincides with another reason to be cautions Halloween.
On Tuesday little goblins, ghouls and Harry Potters (that sheet ghost thing was so last season) will take to the streets in search of treats. In their haste, they don’t always pay as much attention to their surroundings as they should , especially if they’re bundled up in masks and all the warm clothing Mom requires.
So be careful on their behalf. Slow down and keep an extra-watchful eye out for trick-or-treaters and other costume-clad candy hunters heading to carnivals.
Halloween is meant to be scary but the fun kind like haunted houses and creepy costumes. Having a car skidding toward you is a fright no one needs.
