Noelle Marie Verba and John Paul Fabiano of Anchorage were married Saturday, July 22, 2006, at Our Lady of the Angles Catholic Church in Kenai. Sister Joyce Ross officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Marlys Verba of Sterling. She graduated from Skyview High School in 1999 and from Southern Oregon University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 2003. She works at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

She wore a strapless chiffon dress and carried roses in shades of pink. The matron of honor was Neressa Caterinichio, the maid of honor was Malora O’Connor, and the bridesmaids were the bride’s sisters, Katie Thomas and Anne Verba. Mollee Verba and Aria Fabiano served as flower girls.

The groom is the son of Karen Strash of Anchorage and Anthony and Cheryl Fabiano of Kenai. He graduated from Kenai Central High School in 1998 and from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and obtained his CPA license in November 2005. He is the accounting manager for gourmet ventures.

He wore a black suit with silver tie. His best man was Joel Fabiano, and Anthony Fabiano served as a groomsman. The ushers were Jared and Justin Verba. Austin Thomas was the ring bearer.

A reception was held at Out Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Soldotna.
