Scholarship dinner and auction big success thanks to area support

The Nikiski Senior Citizens wish to extend their warmest appreciation and thanks to the following inidividuals and businesses who have helped to make the eighth annual Thelma McConnell Scholarship Dinner and Auction a success.

First, we send an enormous thank you to Agrium, for opening up its camp for us. We appreciate its continued support by allowing us to use its facility. We also wish to thank Twocent Syndicate for providing the wonderful entertainment. Everyone enjoyed listening to the band.

A special thank you goes to David Lashley, our volunteer cook, who, with the assistance of Aquio Purugganan, provided a very delicious meal. This event cannot be successful without the help of volunteers.
