ANWR raises questions

With governments nationwide clearing their way legally to annex or conscript personal property rights all to the good of the people, even if to only raise the tax base. Then isn't it fair play to ask if our State shouldn't have the same property rights to ANWR's gas and oil? Whatever happened to the constitution's clause saying only docks, ports, forts and arsenals shall be controlled by the National Government. And that on land to be leased from the states. So pray for the Gas Line.
