Artest, O'Neal set pace against Philly

PHILADELPHIA Ron Artest scored 30 points and had 10 rebounds to lead the Indiana Pacers to their fifth straight win, an 85-74 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night.

Jermaine O'Neal added 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Pacers, whose 13-point first-quarter lead turned into a five-point deficit entering the fourth quarter. But the Pacers went on an 18-4 run to take control.

Allen Iverson scored 37 points for the Sixers.

Pistons 98, Nets 84

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. Richard Hamilton scored 24 points, Corliss Williamson added 20 off the bench and the Pistons beat the Nets for their fifth straight win.

Jason Kidd led the Nets with 18 points and 11 assists.

Celtics 91, Kings 82

BOSTON Vin Baker had 18 points and 13 rebounds to help Boston snap a three-game losing streak and lead the Celtics over Sacramento.

The Celtics had lost three consecutive games after opening the season 2-0. They fell behind 15-2 but took the lead at the end of the first quarter, then took the lead for good at the end of the third.

Brad Miller had 16 rebounds to go with 19 points, and Mike Bibby added 14 points and 11 assists.

Raptors 89 Nuggets 76

TORONTO Vince Carter had 34 points, 10 rebounds and six assists to lead Toronto over Denver.

Carter went 14-for-22 from the field for the Raptors, who improved to 4-0 at home and 4-2 for the season.

Andre Miller had 18 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists for Denver.

Hawks 91, SuperSonics 81

SEATTLE Jason Terry scored 23 points and the Atlanta Hawks sent the Seattle SuperSonics to their first loss of the season with a 91-81 victory Sunday.

Stephen Jackson had 15 points, Shareef Abdur-Rahim added 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Dion Glover scored 13 points for Atlanta.
