The Reading is Fundamental Program (RIF) gave away more than 200 books at the last book giveaway Friday. Thank you to the volunteers and for the donations which make this program possible.

Students in all grades learned a lot and seemed to enjoy the presentations on fire safety by Central Emergency Services personnel Monday and Tuesday of this week.

Next week students in grades kindergarten through third will be visited by the Safety Seal for more lessons on safety.

The next Falcon Fun Night for students in grades kindergarten through third will be from 3:45 to 5 p.m. Nov. 19. The cost is $2 or free for children who have parents come and stay with them.

On Nov. 24, Mrs. Martin's and Mr. Seims' classes will join together for a Buddy Feast in the gym. Parents should see either teacher for details about this event.

The school asks that parents check the lost and found for items that their child may be missing, as the lost and found is getting quite full.
