There is no school on Thursday and Friday.

Jim and Nancy Russell report that the third annual trunk-or-treating was quite successful Halloween. There were 17 vehicles set up to provide treats and it was estimated that more than 100 children passed through the school's parking lot. Prizes were awarded to Judy Johnson and Mary Lamb for their costumes. Vehicle decoration prizes went to Caron Brown and the Garrant family. The school would like to thank the school PTO and area businesses for donating prizes. Thanks also to Holly Wiley for serving as the costume judge this year.

On Monday, the school will open the school board meeting with a short presentation about the school. Several students have assisted in producing this show on the software program PowerPoint. Those students are Cassie Sheridan, Kaitlyn VanMeter, Alicia West, Erik Skjold and Zach Klunder. The school applauds them for their effort in assisting with the presentation.

The PTO will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the multipurpose room. Parents are encouraged to attend. Child care is provided.
