Kenai resident Kathleen J. Mumma died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna. She was 76.
A graveside service and burial of her ashes will take place at a later date at the Fairview Cemetery in Salida, Colo.
Mrs. Mumma was born Sept. 13, 1934, in Vineland, N.J., and served in the U.S. Navy. She had lived in Vineland, Salida, Colo.; Holden, Mo. and moved to Kenai in August 1998.
Mrs. Mumma enjoyed cross stitching, cooking and Native American art.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beryl Miller, father, Charles Wolverton and brother, Robert Miller.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Denien and Dana Nachtrieb, of Poncha Springs, Colo; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Debbie, Sydlo of Buckner, Mo.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister and brother-in-law; Betty and Ricky Coraluzzo, of Vineland.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
