The sixth-graders at CIA do not have entomophobia. That is, they're not afraid of insects. Instead they enjoy observing the nature of crickets and mill worms, including their body parts, eating habits and preferences for a dark-light or wet-dry environment.

Students of the Week are Elias McConnell, for doing good work; Cole Gross, for encouraging classmates; Molly Fenton, for leadership by example; Chet Kimball, for motivation and initiative with cleaning the school grounds without being asked; Adam Agosti, for always willing to lend a hand; and Ivy O'Guinn and Haley Michel, for working ahead and staying caught up during vacation.

There will be no school Nov. 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving.
