Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Barbecued spare ribs, baked beans, rolls, corn on the cob

Wednesday: Roast beef, baked potatoes, winter squash

Thursday: Chicken cacciatore, angel hair pasta, assorted vegetables, Italian bread

Friday: Beef stew, Johnny bread with honey butter

Saturday: Corned beef and cabbage, Irish potatoes, carrots, rye bread

Sunday: Baked ham, baby carrots, yams, rolls

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Honey chicken, red potatoes, peas, fruit cup

Wednesday: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit salad, muffin

Thursday: Sirloin tips, egg noodles, corn, garden salad, vanilla pudding

Friday: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini, brownies

Monday: Spaghetti and meatballs, lettuce salad, garlic bread, pears


Lunch includes salad bar, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and water

Today: French dip, french fries, macaroni salad, corn

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, green beans, scalloped potatoes, rolls, birthday cake

Thursday: Taco bar, Mexican rice, refried beans

Friday: Vegetable beef stew, potato salad, corn bread

Monday: Chili burgers, potato salad, strawberry shortcake


Today: Board meeting, members only potluck

Wednesday: Country-fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, biscuits, peas

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, peas, garlic toast, melon

Friday: Halibut enchiladas, beans and rice, salsa tortilla chips, peaches

Monday: Tuna noodle casserole, baked tomatoes, squash, rhubarb, wheat rolls


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes, baby carrots, bread, cupcake

Wednesday: Barbecued ribs, oven potatoes, coleslaw, bread, applesauce

Thursday: Hawaiian cheese pizza, tossed salad, peach half with cottage cheese

Friday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, roll, fruit cocktail

Monday: Beef stew with vegetables, biscuit, tossed salad, lemon pie


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Breaded catfish filet, cajun rice, winter squash, gingerbread

Wednesday: chicken enchiladas, refried beans, Pico de Gallo, ice cream cake

Thursday: Cabbage rolls, parsley potatoes, carrots, sugar cookie

Friday: Roast turkey, sage dressing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie

Monday: Hungarian goulash, mixed vegetables, chocolate pudding


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, macaroni and cheese, broccoli

Thursday: Philly steak sandwich, french fries

Friday: Breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. or lunch of hot pork sandwich

Monday: Beef stroganoff, buttered noodles
