Jeffrey Alan Ring
Soldotna resident Jeffrey Alan Ring died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, at Providence Alaska Medical Center of a brain aneurysm. He was 30.
A service was held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at Peninsula Memorial Chapel in Kenai. Alan Humphries officiated.
Mr. Ring was born June 19, 1974, in Tacoma, Wash. He was a high school graduate and became a resident of Soldotna in 1993. He also lived in Anchorage. He worked for BJ Services and enjoyed fishing, camping, boating and hunting.
"Jeff was a wonderful husband, father and friend. He loved the outdoors, whether it be fishing, camping or four-wheeling. We love him and miss him," his family said.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jericho Ring; grandfather, Walter Ring Sr.; and grandfather, Rodger Dickey.
Mr. Ring is survived by his wife, Danielle Ring, daughter, Sierra, and son, Troy, all of Soldotna; mother, Diana Ring, and father, Jerry Ring, of Anchorage; brother, Jeromy Ring, and sister-in-law, Terri Ring, of Wasilla; nephew, Taylor Hoplin, of Anchorage; brother-in-law, Dean Squires, and sister-in-law, Ali Squires, of Soldotna; sister-in-law, Shanna Roderick, and brother-in-law, Marc Roderick, of Anchor Point; father-in-law, Gary Squires, and stepmother-in-law, Nancy Squires, of Homer; mother-in-law, Cathy Myers, and Art Myers of Vassar, Mich.; grandmothers, Phyliss Dickey and Phyliss Ring of Hartford City, Ind.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Arrangements were made by the Anchorage Funeral Home and Crematory.
