Christmas choir open to community members

The choir at the United Methodist Church of the New Covenant in Kenai is practicing for its Christmas Eve Cantata.
Cherie Brewer will direct "Journey of Promises," by Joseph M. Martin. Members of the community are invited to sing with the choir.
Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and selected Saturdays at the church.
