Good morning.

Something to think about: "A smile's great. A memory is even better." Jacquy Pfeiffer

This is a message to all of Debbie Boosinger's friends. I had the pleasure of sitting with her and her granddaughter, Svea Rodriguez, on the flight to Minneapolis.

Debbie was busy the whole time knitting a poncho for Svea.

Svea, 3, did extremely well on the flight, as she had her personal DVD player and Loonie Tunes was her zone. They will be enjoying their time in Raleigh, N.C.

The Yesterday, Today and Forever Store has relocated to Nikiski. Owner, Jeanie Carter said she is now located in the upstairs of Bear Threads.

Joining the YTF store is Monica Mitchell with her quilting shop, and Karen Hinkle has a gift shop with items for the Red Hat Society.

The shops are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All three businesses can be reached at 776-3676 for more information.

The Nikiski Senior Citizens Center quilt done by Noletia Lopez, Jean Nappier, Anna May Miller, Retha Hall, Sandy Greene and Leigh Sanger was won by Donna Hunt from Soldotna.

We'll all have to wait on the next raffle done by our quilters to try our luck at winning.
