Lisa W. Boulette
Lynden, Wash., resident Lisa W. Boulette, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009. She was 45.
A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 205 12th St., Lynden, Wash., to celebrate Lisa's life. A funeral mass, also at St. Joseph's, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20. Father Emilio Gonzalez will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery with a reception at the church after the graveside committal.
"Lisa moved to Lynden in August 2008 from Soldotna and as much as she loved living and starting her family in Alaska, she loved her adopted town of Lynden," her family said. "Lisa was a kind, giving, creative person who had the ability to see the good in everyone. She will be missed by everyone who had the wonderful fortune to know her."
Mrs. Boulette was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Wilma Ostrander; and brother, Charlie Ostrander.
She is survived by her husband, Michael, of 23 years; daughters, Brittany and Camryn; son, Matthew; stepdaughter, Danielle; parent-in-laws, Evelyn and Leo Boulette; sister, Jeani Mountain; brother, Richard Ostrander; brother-in-laws, Todd Mountain and Mark Murray; sister-in-laws, Sharon Ostrander and Terri Murray; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: The Boulette Family College Fund, at any Industrial Credit Union branch or mailed to P.O. Box 1767, Bellingham, WA 98225.
