Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Beef stew, corn bread with honey butter

Wednesday: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, French bread

Thursday: Beef short ribs, horseradish gravy, potatoes, brussels sprouts

Friday: Pepper steak, baked potatoes, mushrooms

Saturday: Pork roast, acorn squash, au gratin potatoes

Sunday: Leg of lamb, garden blend rice, casserole

Monday: Chicken, mashed potatoes and country gravy, California blend vegetables


All meals come with soup, salad bar, coffee, tea, milk and rolls

Today: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, German potato salad, carrots, dessert

Wednesday: Barbecued ribs, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, birthday cake

Thursday: Baked cod, Parmesan noodles, peas, dessert

Friday: Chicken casserole, spinach salad, fruit cup, dessert

Monday: Chili with cheese, fruit salad, corn bread, dessert


Today: Soup, macaroni salad, ham sandwiches

Wednesday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy

Thursday: Barbecue pork, scalloped potatoes, broccoli Normandy

Friday: Chicken sandwich, pea salad, soup

Monday: Spaghetti, green beans, garlic bread


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Sirloin tips and noodles, Oregon blend vegetables, gingerbread

Wednesday: King salmon steak, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, ice cream

Thursday: Chili con carne, corn bread, brownie

Friday: Roast turkey, sage dressing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie with whipped cream

Monday: Pork ribs, sauerkraut, steamed potatoes, marble cake


All lunch meals include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Pork and sauerkraut, red potatoes, soup

Thursday: Halibut, tater tots, carrots, clam chowder

Friday: Thanksgiving dinner

Monday: Beef roast, carrots, potatoes and gravy, soup
