Every first and third Sunday of every month, seventh- through 12th-graders are invited to hang out at the Peninsula Grace Brethren Church youth center from 6 to 8 p.m. to showcase their talent from singing to beatboxing and poetry, or simply to hang out and enjoy a beverage from its coffee shop. Saint Luke Lutheran Church offers several faith strengthening opportunities during the week. The parish's Wednesday 10:30 a.m. fellowship/study is focusing on Numbers. The group attempts to cover one chapter a session and meets at 48095 Andrews Avenue for approximately one hour.
Wednesday evening activities take place at the Parish Hall, 43055 Kenai Spur Highway, and consist of a potluck fellowship, Vespers Service and detailed analysis of basic Christian doctrine, currently focusing on the relevance of ancient Christian doctrine for the 21st Century. Classes for anyone interested in the Catholic Church will be held each Wednesday evening at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The classes are held in O'Neill Hall on Redoubt Avenue at 6:30 p.m. each week. Those attending will learn about the teaching of the Church based on the teachings of Jesus Christ to His disciples.
