FAIRBANKS (AP) -- A man and woman were arrested Wednesday on charges they robbed a Fairbanks man of $1,300 at gunpoint in his home early Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint, Adrian R. Cofey, 33, held a pistol to the man's head while Ginger Delgado, 24, took his money.
Both Delgado and Cofey are from Fairbanks.
The victim told Alaska State Troopers that at 5:20 a.m. he and four friends were in his home when Cofey and Delgado knocked. The man said he didn't let them in because his house was already too full.
A few minutes later, Cofey and Delgado barged into the residence and this time, the victim said, Cofey had a gun.
A witness told troopers she was sleeping in a chair at the home when she was awakened by Cofey yelling and screaming.
She said Cofey held the gun to the man's head, while Delgado took the money from his pockets, and then the pair fled.
Delgado and Cofey are both charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree burglary.
