FAIRBANKS (AP) -- A 22-year-old Internet service worker is on trial for allegedly forming sexual relationships with two 15-year-old girls he met in chat rooms.

Robert ''Shawn'' Christian is charged with three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor involving two different girls. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.

Christian -- who's Internet alias is ''Quasi Plane'' -- met the first alleged victim through a chat room while he was living in Arizona, police said. He then moved to Fairbanks and lived with her family for a couple of years.

The affidavit says Christian was 19 when the alleged sexual relationship began with the first girl. The first girl also contends that Christian took partial nude photos of her, court documents say.

The second alleged victim, now 16, testified that she met Christian in an Internet chat room through another friend. What began as friendship led to more, she testified Wednesday.

The girl's mother testified she had told Christian to stay away from her daughter in January. She said when she tried to access Christian's Web site it linked to a teen-age pornographic Web site.
