Thanks to ABATE for supplying Thanksgiving meals for Redoubt families.

All sixth-graders will perform in a band and choir concert at 6 p.m. Dec. 4 in the gym.

Young Shoppers Club shopping days will begin Tuesday and run through Dec. 4. Volunteers are needed. For more information or to volunteer, call Corbi Aaronson at 262-7711 or Mrs. Horton at 262-9006.

The stocking tree is up in the school hallway for those who would like to help provide stocking-type gifts for the Holiday Kindness project. Remaining families who need help this Christmas should contact Mr. Syverson by today.

Michaela Dillon placed first in the school spelling bee last week and will represent Redoubt at the state bee in Anchorage. Michael Dotomain placed second. Classroom representatives for the spelling bee were Tiffany Carlson, Blaine Carver, Danielle Bilstad, Emily Smola, Connor Dimick, Kelsey VanAntwerp, Ashley Tri, Briana Vinzant, Mitchell Thompson, Kaitlyn Young, Emily Gomulak, Karen Senette, Lauren Rigby, Colten Ciufo, Michaela Dillon, Kristen Nagle, Larissa Stewart, Brittney Bush, Tony Dombovy, Lottie Barton, Josh Arbach, Courtney Lewis, Katrina Truesdell, Evan Withrow, Erica Hoyt, Landen Anderson, Stryker McLane, Savanna Schoessler, Neeta Denison, Mark Youngren, Cole Tallman, Jeremy Dooley, Hailey Oglesbee, Krystal Baer and Michael Dotomain.

The third-grade bake sale will be held today during lunch.

Family Math and Science Night will be Dec. 3.
