Wendy Jean "Wendy Bill" Albertson
Longtime Kenai resident Wendy Jean "Wendy Bill" Albertson died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, at her home unexpectedly. She was 35.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at Peninsula Memorial Chapel in Kenai. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m, Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Kenai. Pastor Vance Wonser will officiate. A reception and gathering will immediately follow the memorial services at the church.
Ms. Albertson was born Nov. 21, 1969, in Twin Falls, Idaho.
"Wendy was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. She was a person of strong heart and generous spirit. Her home was always open as long as it didn't interfere with her afternoon nap time. Wendy will be missed by all," her family said.
Ms. Albertson was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edith and Dean Albertson; grandfathers, Robert T. Cutler and Ernest R. Lee; grandmother, Betty J. Lee; uncles, Michael and Rick Cutler; and special friend, Annie.
She is survived by her daughter, Marisa Navarre; mother and stepfather, Catherine and Steve McAloon; father and stepmother, Lary and Brenda Albertson; sister, Brandie Pederson; brother, Chad Albertson; fianc, Toby TumSuden and his daughters, Haley, Katie and Molly; Marisa's father, Dan Navarre; stepsister, Amy Mimnick; grandmother, Bert Cutler; uncles and aunts, Robert and Linda Cutler, Kelly and Carol Anne Lee and Nadine and Greg Simmons; aunt, Evelyn T. Turley; nephews, Jeremiah Carlson, Justin VanDevere and Brandon Doty; nieces, Crystal Carlson and Shaylyn Albertson; great-niece, Natalie Harrington; cousin Amy Cutler; best friend, Tonya Collins; and a large extended family.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
