ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A funeral procession will conclude a service Friday for slain Alaska State Trooper Hans Roelle.

After the 11 a.m. service, the procession will escort Roelle's body from the Anchorage Baptist Temple to Evergreen Funeral Home.

The procession will leave the church and head west on Northern Lights Boulevard, turning right on A Street. It will turn left on Ninth Avenue and then proceed to the funeral home at 737 E Street.

Anchorage Police will handle traffic control.

Roelle, 40, was shot and killed Saturday while responding to a domestic violence call near Wasilla.

A fund for his family, called the Trooper Roelle Memorial Fund, has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank.
