Carnival committee says thanks
The Nikiski Elementary PTA Carnival Committee would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their generous contributions to our annual fall carnival. Without these wonderful donations of merchandise or help, the carnival would not be as successful as it has been, year after year.
The funds that are raised by this event enable Nikiski Elementary PTA the opportunity to fill the gap in services and benefits for the children in our school, such as Students in Good Standing activities, enrichment programs, educational field trips, community outreach, disaster relief, activity nights, equipment for the school, and family health, safety and wellness.
So, whether you are a past supporter or a new sponsor of our carnival, we sincerely thank you for your help:

Movie showing big hit for students
I would like to thank Shelly Endsley, manager of the Orca Theater, for opening up the theater to home school students for a special showing of the movie "Monsters Inc." The Connections Program appreciates the wonderful service she does for our community and support of education.
Thank you to Erling Hofseth, Tanya Boedeker, Jane Esp, Doug Hogue, Bill Rolph and Kathy Hofseth for helping out in the concession stand, and Jacob Schaffer for staying to help sweep up the theater.
