Today: Herb chicken, rice pilaf, squash

Wednesday: Chef's choice, stuffed potato, muffin

Thursday: Short ribs, hash browns, brussels sprouts

Friday: Chicken chow mein, egg roll, fried rice, Oriental peas

Monday: Spaghetti, meat sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread

Soldotna

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Cabbage rolls, steamed potatoes, carrots, tapioca pudding

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, ranch beans, succotash, oatmeal cookie

Thursday: Catfish, corn fritters, spinach, peach cobbler

Friday: Roast pork, parsley potatoes, broccoli, strawberry and banana Jell-O

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, vanilla pudding
