ABATE's generosity appreciated

Posted: Thursday, December 04, 2003

On behalf of the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District's Students in Transition-Homeless Program, the families and I would like to thank the ABATE of Alaska members for their Thanksgiving baskets.

I spent the entire day delivering turkeys to folks who couldn't stop smiling. I witnessed appreciative faces of kids, moms and dads. This is all attributed to the endless time and massive efforts that ABATE put into this Thanksgiving project.

It was an honor to be a recipient of this organization's good will, and it was a pleasure to do business with them! Thanks,ABATE, for helping our community.
