The Kenaitze Indian Tribe will host The Old Town Holiday Gift Shop, featuring authentic Alaska Native arts and crafts from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Saturday and Dec. 12, 13, 19 and 20 at Fort Kenay, 1104 Mission Ave. in Kenai.

Take a Break to host tea party, bruncht

Peninsula Take a Break women's group will host a holiday tea party and brunch from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Solid Rock Conference Center. The cost is $12 and includes complimentary nursery care. For more information or to make a reservation, call Cindy at 260-6262 or Susan at 335-6789. Reservations must be made by Sunday.

Scout popcorn sale continuest

Nikiski Boy Scout Troop No. 659 will sell popcorn from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kenai Safeway. Funds benefit the troop and the local scout district.

Elks hosting craft fairt

Kenai Elks Lodge No. 2425 will hold an arts and crafts fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Santa will be at the lodge from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with cookies and hot chocolate for the children. Pictures with Santa may be purchased for $5. There also will be a bake sale and food court. Proceeds will benefit the Christmas fund drive.

KCHS choir plans Sunday concertt

The annual Kenai Central High School choir's winter concert will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Kenai Central High School Auditorium. The concernt will feature many winter and Christmas songs, solos and duets, as well as a Cuban salsa type piece and spirituals.

The cost is $4 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens.
