The Central Peninsula Girl Scouts would like to thank Sterling Elementary for the use of their gym for our Cookies and Crafts.

Our appreciation goes out to Connie Ferguson and “Grandma” Patty from AmeriCorps, Joyce Cox — Girl Scouts field rep, Denise Barrett, Venita Walker and Girl Scouts family members for assisting at our event.

“Great job” goes to our Studio2B girl, Liz, for helping with projects with the younger girls.

I would like to give a special recognition to Junior Troop 231, Dallas and Denali, for helping prepare crafts ahead of time for the event. Awesome job young ladies.

My special gratitude goes out the Sterling leaders who planned, organized and put on this event — Catrina Warfield, Suzanne Martin, Tracy Davis, Brenna Talbot, Cindy Boyer and Krissy Mahan. Each year gets better and better. Thanks you Girl Scout volunteers.
