Businesses team up for scholarship

Posted: Wednesday, December 07, 2005

On Nov. 12, the Kenai River Campus Student Union, in collaboration with Aspen Hotel, held a Halo 2 tournament. This event raised $307 that will be put toward a scholarship to be given to a student attending the Kenai River Campus of Kenai Peninsula College.

We would like to thank the following businesses, whose contributions helped to make the event a success: Alaska Tech, Aspen Hotel, Blockbuster Video, CarQuest Auto Parts, Holiday Station, Jersey Subs, Kaladi Brothers, Music Box, NAPA and Sugar Magnolias.
