Crab Muffins

Below, please find a recipe that has been in our family for over 60 years.

It is a Holiday favorite, but can be used at any time.

I will give you the original recipe, then will give you the method I use today.

1 small Velveeta cheese

1 can or fresh crab (as much or as you want)

1 stick of butter

1 sleeve or more of English muffins

Cream first 3 ingredients together.

Spread on halves of English muffin and bake to heat, then broil until it bubbles.

Since the cheese is already greasy, I skip the butter and it is just as good without it.
