Cranberry Cake

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

3/4 Cup milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Cranberries

1 1/2 Cup miniature marshmallows

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup chopped pecans

2 Tablespoons melted butter

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with milk and vanilla to egg mixture. Fold in cranberries Spread batter in greased 13x9 pan. Top with mashmallows, press into batter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes. Makes about 12 15 servings.
