2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 Cups (8 oz.) pecan halves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In small pan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and spices. Add pecans, toss to coat well.
Spread pecans on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Stir 2-3 times. Bake until fragrant and toasted. Cool and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
