Visitor enjoys friendliness, beauty of Kenai Peninsula

Posted: Thursday, December 11, 2003

This past spring was my first trip to Alaska, and I spent 90 percent of my time on the Kenai Peninsula. I was treated better than any place visited in my life.

The friendliness of the people was second only to the beauty of the state. I shall be back each year thanks to Jim Golden and his buddies, Mark, Ron and Smitty.

I would move there, but my daughters would not allow me to take my three grandsons.
