KPHA PeeWee B’s lose, draw

The Kenai Peninsula Hockey Association’s PeeWee B squad took a loss, then played to a draw in two games against the Anchorage Junior Aces last weekend in Anchorage.

In the first game, the Ice Hawks suffered a 6-1 loss. Goaltender William Granger had 26 saves while Zack Sonnichsen scored the Ice Hawks’ lone goal. In the second game, The Ice Hawks battled to a 2-2 tie with the Junior Aces. Sean Endsley and Matt Boulette scored for the Ice Hawks, with Zack Weisz and Endsley picking up assists. Keegan Remsen made 14 saves in goal for the Ice Hawks.
