The Soldotna/Kenai Bowling Association donated $10,000 from its charitable gaming net proceeds to the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank on Dec. 7 at the food bank, with $6,000 of the gift being used for operating expenses and $4,000 for capital equipment acquisitions to carry out the food banks mission to provide food to those in need.
